Some associates are wonderful but others are the opposite.
Corporate policy seems to be intent on squeezing every last ounce of energy out of the employees to feed their bottom line. A good associate will help blunt the trauma but will suffer the consequences ... head office rewards the ones that impose excessive demands on the employees. There is too much pressure and too little time to do a good job of looking after our patients. What would you say about your employer?
