Decent place to work

Lots of steady work

Great starter job

Disappointed
Promise of management training course once I passed 6 months, only to discover it doesn't exist. So no chance to advance. No real support or guidance for department managers from top management. Overworked, understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated.
