Ok for a young person

Thieves, thieves, and more thieves.
A typical day at work includes following around homeless people, being yelled at by old people, and guarding the front register like a dog. Rewarding, fulfilling but unsafe.
It was a good job. I enjoyed the tasks and the environment. When self check outs were introduced it reduced the amount of staff. As we were a store open till midnight it became unsafe.What would you say about your employer?
