No they are not. They make substantially less than if they worked for Canada Post. $12 or $13 per hour versus $20+ per hour

Every brand is a different percentage and then it goes into a pot and get divided into who earned the most and then the beauty manager will get the biggest amount, full time second and lastly part time.
