Flexible as long as you give advance notice or have someone cover your shift
Hours are kind of everywhere. Depending on what the store hours are, if one closes at midnight, there are quite a few different shifts you could be working. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-7pm, 4pm-12am, 5:50pm-11pm, etc. There is a lot of different hours for different postions. Usually you get cross trained for every position so that you can work any set of hours.
The hours are fair depending on the Position you hold. Managers will cut shifts to bare minimum if it makes it so they don’t have to cover half hour lunches. Managers will also remove multiple shifts a week if they feel like being petty to you.
