You can get part time benefits, but part time benefits are significantly worse compared to full time benefits. You may as well skip out on the deduction until you become a full timer with benefits.

They give the minimum of vacation by law (2 weeks- year for the first 5 years; then 3 weeks for the next 5 years.....they could be flexible it depends of the owner pharmacist. mine they did not authorise ANY any days off without salary. People who needed 4 weeks on the firts 5 years they had to resign an come back (they agree with that)

No. If a full time employee is granted sick days, they will be used only for illnesses. You will be reprimanded if you are caught calling in for a personal day
