Not knowing if you have enough staff to cover the operational needs of the business in any given shift. Also not knowing if you're going into work and it may be your last day, as they tend to let employees go without warning.

They do not accomodate the way people learn. They should hire according to previous retail experience if they wish to be this way, and not raise the hopes of individuals like me.
