O YES! I was 17 when I was hired, but I worked with many youngens who were 15 when I was there. At both locations I've worked at they have hired younger kids, but when the managers talk about the interviews with younger people, they usually have something to say like "he/she was so sweet! I think this will be a good first job to help get them out of their comfort zone and open up a bit" or "wow, for a 15 year old he/she really has her ish together." So, they do look at younger candidates a bit differently. It's kinda like you either gotta charm them with sweet innocence, or blow their minds with your maturity and confidence at such a young age. That's not written in stone, but from observing my managers and how they spoke about interviewing young candidates, I think that advise is at least something to consider. You can use your situation as ammunition, you just gotta fire those bullets at the right time in the right way to hit the mark.
