the management is good but there is no growth

the work culture is not upto the mark now. management is not willing to take new challenges. there is no increase in turnover. when i joind the turnover was low. after my joining the turnover got doubled in 2 years. now they have stooped taking interest in new businesses.

Learned about the culture of Shipping & Logistics environment.

Was heading HR a new experience of Shipping & Logistics after leaving alomost 15 years of Banking career. Very different working conditions with different kind of personalities like labour, officers, executives, managers, etc. with having different approaches.
