Varies from store to store, but mostly positive and friendly.
If you're part of a good team at the store level, it's a tolerable place to work, and can be fun. However miserable if there are problems with staffing, (and there are problems) at the store level. SW has suffered from high attrition levels. Could be a great company to work for, if upper management wake up to this reality and not dole out all the perks to managers and above.
Egotists. Sell the most paint and be smug about yourself
