Make the work space less rigid and more flowing for workers.
Have cameras in all locations so you can here and see how the managers treat the staff
No matter what position the employees are in, this is a job that requires heavy lifting. There should be better training on how to do so, on using the equipment (fork lifts, hand-trucks, pallet-jacks, etc.) because there was no training, and the number of times I had fo watch as multiple people had to help with the hand truck, and how often we needed to get help from the delivery drivers because the one person who did know how to use it wasn't there was beyond ridiculous. Additionally, due to the nature of the job, you should look into providing basic benefits for all employees, (I.E. some form of physio-coverage, or have a monthly use of a massage therapist, something that will help not only employee productivity, but also happiness and retention.)
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
