No respect for employees, a very toxic and stressful environment
The worst case in the world, they will drive you to the point of stress exhaustion that you want to go to the hospital and not go back there ever again
Relatively quiet in the Winter , can get very busy and hectic in the Spring and Summer, hopefully your store is staffed well during the busy months
Insufferable boredom in the winter, way over worked in the summer.
Very high and with pressure to be paced even higher. It's how large businesses expand, but at a loss for morale and respect from the employees.
