They will be the number one paint store
Not favourable if they don't start paying attention to the wages and training needs of employees at all levels, not just at the manger level and above. Need to invest in new equipment at all stores to raise them all to the same level. Many stores are inadequately equipped, dilapidated shakers for starters. SW sells a premium product, at a premium price, however do not invest enough in people nor equipment
They will succeed. Excellent product and the customer care is very good
If this company went out of business, the world would be better off
