Not made for the long run
There are no in betweens, people are either there 10 years or 4 months. People who were there before the pandemic are machines and don't tend to include newcomers easily and the newbies come and go, they always hire people and people just don't stay. They're so used to their job that they train you on the surface but don't teach you the thought process of how to actually think during your shift, s...

16 rooms within 20 minutes
They would get you start working as part time working in full time hours despite what you put down for availability. You don't know what floor you are assign each day. You would need to borrow seniority cart to able clean the rooms until your probation is over. You aren't able to take time off because they rank seniority over newly employees. First come first serve. They have expectations to keep ...

Avoid
Favouritism is rampant ! Unqualified employees in upper management. Avoid working here if possible. Pay is not in line with work required. You will be payed off in the winter.

Poor Management & Lack of Concern
Poor management at all levels makes for a stressful work environment. Lack of care for advancing the restaurant or hiring competent employees seems to not be a top priority.
