It's definitely a family environment. They have supervisors who take care of small teams and they're always there to help you with whatever you need.
Work you to death, and when you burn out they push you into quitting.
Very friendly, people go to dinners and lunches frequently in their teams.

Overall Shaw has been very supportive of my educational goals, if you are a part time employee they will build your scheduled around your school schedule with no shift less than 3 hours between your class time. and if needed they will give you added unpaid days off to study for exams.
