Depending on the role, you can expect to work the hours that best meet the needs of your stakeholders (I.e. As a leader, you would work hours that met the needs of your team, in customer service, you would work the hours of our call centre or mall hours of the retail location, and if working in a shared services role, you would likely be working banking hours. Shift work scheduling is equitable to the team, takes into consideration tenure and some option for preference, and call center scheduled are released typically 3-4 weeks in advance.
