- As a tech support agent, you learn alot on the phones.
- Get ready to get yelled at by customers though: everyone is frustrated over something you have no control over and people tend to blame it on you.
- Supervisors are super nice and so is everyone else.
- However, this is a job for full time workers who have a family to raise and other responsibilities - more... to take care of.
- If you're a full-time student, this job can be a little too much to juggle at times.
