chief bottle washer (Current Employee) – wherever, usa – 13 May 2013
Incredibly un-self aware management team. They will fail eventually. Just like their products do. If they don't kill eachother first. Self implosion on the horizon. That sounds like a great title to a horrible pop song. Perfect! Learned what it's like to be taken advantage of. Best designs ever either ignored or stolen. Absurd, decadent lifestyle when living in China for months on end. Taking advantage of hard working Chinese as well as westerners.
everything, pay and benefits suck, they just don't come through.9
Not Available (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – 30 January 2018
Benefits are great, good pay, flexible hours, great RRSP plan, employee recognition days (which are no longer frequent, now are few and far between).
Healthy lifestyle was encouraged, classes and seminars offered during lunch hours. Friday morning, a healthy breakfast was available to employees.
Employees are pushed to the limit, expected to work overtime with no recognition for doing so. Toxic, high stress environment, with little down time. Everything is due yesterday, which caused chaotic days.
Little organization within the company. No one is accountable for anything.
Upper management make you believe they are listening to your thoughts, even ask for them frequently. Most of everything is ignored unless it's a way to make more profit quickly.
Little room for advancement, it's a fairly stagnant place.
Pay is really good, probably to keep people around longer. Turn around is fast and often, the good people leave for better opportunities. Bad employees are kept around for far too long.
