Could see understaffing was how they operated

I could see right from the get go that this employer struggled to provide adequate staffing for the responsibilities they accepted in senior care. I couldn't in good faith work here and be alright with that.

As long as you are willing to work. Have ethics and patience, this job is great. The company is generally very good. The residents are living their last days, and paying quite well to be respected and cared for.

If you love to work with seniors, it’s a great place to work. If you love to stay busy, this is where you want to be, there’s never a dull moment and most of the time if you just do your best and don’t join the toxic conversations, you’ll be happy.

Amazing team, rewarding work

It is busy work not unlike any other nursing home. Staff love the residents but get mixed up in the drama too much. Residents are cared for the best they can.
