Productive and fun

Fun place to work. Big staff with good facilities for employees provided. Long hours but worth it. Mos enjoyable part were the employees. Management couldve been better.

High base hourly wage compared to culinary industry standards but hard to get a raise

- Good work life balance- Management can be lack of understanding of your duties and ask for too much- It's hard to internally move up (May defers in other departments)
