Best Workplace Culture!

Everyone gets along and works together, things happen quickly. Management is approachable, supportive. Its hard work, but I feel recognized. I enjoy the friendly employees and managers, I feel like we are one team that work together. Its a small hotel but has really high standards, so be prepared to do your part. This isnt the kind of place where you can be lazy because you won't cut it. Everyone is high performing and works hard. I feel respected and challenged.

Two faced management bad mouthing you behind your back.
One employee is recording other employees during casual chat hoping he will get them to say something bad about the hotel and report them at HR.
No sick days for any staff. Must rake unpaid leave or vacation.

Work at the shangri-la was an amazing experience and i would like to recommand this compagny! Even it's a big compagny , everyone can feel lbe a part of this family.
