Management changes in the past few months implemented a new culture with better salaries and production bonus. Shift rotation are based on department needs and length can be 8, 10 or 12-hr.

Low pay with bad management team

People are working hard, but the wages is very low which is next to minimum pay. The benefit is efficient. Worst thing is the management, there is no direction and lack of planning. often over sold their capacity and let staff and clients suffer. And management do not understand the need and not able to help with constructive idea, to aid work level which make goals difficult achieve.

Absolutely no integrity

This company has absolutely zero integrity. Employees are under paid and under appreciated. Management was completely devoid of any form of professionalism. Thier only concern is to maximize items on the LEM’s. Any employee with a pulse is acceptable to them. The business practices are more along the lines of theft; not at all concerned with living up to thier contractual obligations.

very exhausted work environment and shifts are another concern.physically challenging work. benefits are good. free coffee but work environment is very toxic also there is no work life balance.
