Cool Place, Bad Culture
Photographer / Marketing Associate (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON13 September 2017
The place itself is very cool and the projects are very interesting.
The main issue with this place is the lack of interdepartmental communication and strong lacking of internal celebration.
Also the management is not necessarily well organised, making deadlines tighter and the waves of quick turnaround work more intense than it needs to be.
Pros
Pay, coworkers, interesting projects
Cons
Toxic work environment, lack of communication, stressed deadlines

It was a great place to work for the summer and the people who work there were quite nice and quite diverse as well. The most enjoyable part of the job was the fact that I was moving around a lot as oppose to just sitting on my butt all day!
