Dress for success; it's an age-old adage for a reason. We should inspire confidence in our services and one of the best ways to do that is to present a professional image. Business attire is part of our corporate apparel so we suggest arriving at your interview dressed how you would if you worked for us.

Typical corporate environment with typical executives who think they’re special and are out of touch with staff. Not a forward thinking organization. Servus is fine being a follower never a leader. Management talks about disrupting the financial space but it’s really a joke. They don’t like anyone who challenges them. No one needs to be accountable for poor work. Keep expectations low. If you’re comfortable with average then this is the place for you.

My experience working for Servus has been great! I love challenge, life long learning, non-repetitive tasks, working with people and Servus give me all of this and more. My role is not typically considered a sales role but it actually is one. I recruit candidates from all over the country selling Servus as the place to work. The pressures of sales is not for everyone but for me I keep in mind that at the end of the day of my hard work results in people who can retire financially fit.
