Good work just not enough to live on in wages.
Great management and coworkers. Don't offer living wages when starting out. Benefits and holidays right from day 1 was a definite bonus. Enjoyed my time there. Meeting new people and helping with their banking needs.

Workplace Politics Galore
Where do I start? Workplace Politics galore, if you don't suck up to management, you wont succeed. Constant pressure if you meet your targets (in their standards). Technology backwards and wont upgrade their systems. Going back on their word for certain things. As Servus advertises they aren't like big banks but only offer 2 key differences, its alarming. They are slowly turning into the one thing they solemnly swear they aren't. At the end of the day the members are just numbers on a screen.

20 Years with Servus
If your looking for a great place to work Servus is the place. Have had 20 years with this great company. They have been amazing to me since the beginning. Lots of changes in the past 20 years but hey change is good.

Upper management is awful
I worked for this company for 10 years. The first 5 years were wonderful. The last 5 were far from. Management were bullies and HR will NOT take complaints seriously and just shrug off any issues. Servus Credit Union will not advance its long term employees. I liked the members which made it hard to leave Servus. Servus use to be member based and has become more like the big 5. Members are now just numbers.Too many systems to complete a simple task.

Good pay for what you do. The managers and colleagues are friendly. A nice, professional workplace with good job security, solid pay, and good benefits.
