Workplace was,nt verry fun. I personally dont like sitting behind a computer talking to randome people from other places about onstar.

Personally I like to be able to see people and talk face to face. I don't like to sit all day, I would rather be on my feet moving around, then stuck in one place sitting behind a computer.

Good place to work but agitating not getting sales.

Good place to work , benefits and wages are great.
Supervisors are helpful.

Most Frustrating part, getting voicemails all day and not getting sales.

It’s hard to have a life working there
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) –  Sydney, NS20 April 2018
It’s hard to have a life working there, you only get 20 minutes for lunch and they have over 600 people who eat in that building so there’s never anywhere to sit at lunch, you can eat at your desk or have drinks
