Productive
Public service work requires patience and empathy. If you are short tempered or easily insulted this would not be a good job option. Good work life balance. Can be very intense or stressful. A lot of paperwork

Productive and fun workplace
Job was needed to help people get their health cards and license plate stickers and transfer ownership of vehicles. Team there was very helpful in learning wish I could have stayed longer than I did but pay wasn't enough for me to commute when I left the city.

Good people. Well paid.
Good entry government position. Fun people to work with. Customers are mostly pleasant to deal with (but not always). Highly recommend to someone interested in casual, work schedule.
