Great company
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Cambridge, ON14 May 2019
The company itself is great, but when it comes down to the way you're treated.. you get what you give. If you work hard, and care about your job/the people.. they will do anything in their power to make sure you are happy. The office people do what they can to ensure the customers and fellow employees are treated fairly and with respect. There are lots of laughs, and is a family type environment. Overall great place to work.

Awful
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Cambridge, ON3 May 2019
Unfair work environment. No concern with new employees. Trading inconsistent with little work in general to do in 9 hour day. Favoritism was a huge factor.

Poorly maintained fleet, complacent management.
Service Technician (Former Employee) –  A1 Chesney Calgary30 May 2018
The head dispatcher is the rudest most abrasive woman I’ve ever met, and favouritism is obvious when it comes to calls sent to you and he amount of hours you get. If she decides she doesn’t like you then you don’t get work.
The most poorly maintained fleet vehicle I’ve ever driven. Asking for snow tires is often met with excuses or even hostility.
Management was complacent and lazy at best. More time is spent “looking at” or “talking about” things than getting them done. The whole building had one poorly functioning combustion analyzer.
The other fellows on the crew were great and good to work with and the wages were reasonable if you could get any hours.
Pros
Weekly donuts
Cons
Poor management, dispatch, and very low moral overall

Productive and Great Workplace Environment
HVAC Installer (Former Employee) –  Scarborough, ON21 June 2016
Good company but not great. The co-Workers are very helpful and management are to busy to help. As an employee perspective , not a company willing to move up quick even if shown improvement or education needed within the company to get raise.
Pros
Co-workers amazing
Cons
Management, Pay Structure and no Steady Hours

Good place overall. Good people and local managers!
Service technician (Former Employee) –  Calgary, Alberta13 August 2013
Enjoyed working as a technician here and left for other opportunities in the industry. The local managers especially the service manager who used to be there were really supportive and effective. Good team environment and benefits but the wages could be about 10% higher I think. Most techs agreed. They tried keeping you busy and did a good job communicating goals and objectives.
Pros
Benefits package and the local managers in service and installs
Cons
Wages need to be increased and senior management is clued out

refrigeration technician (Current Employee) –  Edmonton, AB23 May 2012
enjoy meeting with a variety of customers and a variety of work from controls to furnaces , AC units to zoning and HRV systems

When the season is slow we are sent home so it is a feast or famine and difficult to balance family .

On call one weekend of every month and one day a week makes family life stressful.

Co-workers are great and share any information pertinent to new technology . Plenty of updates in innovation of new ductless split systems.
Pros
large customer base
Cons
employment is seasonal and weather dependant, bad weather indicates no work and no money
