Job not bad for the pay, but toxic culture

They had a learning portal that was very useful for gaining new skills. They make sure you keep up with new updates to SOP's. They will ask you to do a bunch of extra things for no extra pay. They won't promote you if you don't kiss the supervisor and managers butts.
