My hours throughout my career have evolved coming from store, working on the education team for head office and now working remotely from home. Store hours flexed as a leader depending on the initiatives going on in store. Open to close varies depending on what location you are at in Canada. Being a part of the education team for head office also varied depending on our workload and initiatives. Some days longer than others if we were in preparation for trainings. There is the planning portion of the training, prepping yourself for your content and then also the logistical pieces. We also support stores so week to week depending on our EDU commitments timing would vary. Time was taken back accordingly where able. Working from home remotely has a little bit more flexibility but the workload comes in waves. More so some weeks are longer hours than others depending on the workload coming in from cross functional clients. I can manage my schedule for the most part on a day to day basis pending what works best for me, but during times that workload is higher timing needs to be more planned/organized amongst my greater team.
They are retail hours 10am-9pm, but in my position, we worked after the store was closed (am or pm) so it really affected my work/life balance after a while. I wasn't able to stay there because I was feeling the negative affects of the scheduling. It was not the fault of the company though, I personally chose not to work there any more because of it.
Well its pretty flexible and it all depends how many hrs u want from them
