They pay as little as possible force you to work in extreme cold -40 weather 10-12 hour shifts 0 breaks 30 dollars an hour pay and they tend to try and hire labourers to do electrical work as you are climbing wind towers they cut every safety corner possible so management can get completion bonuses I wouldn’t recommend this company

Scabby unskilled group of flunky’s
Sentry is a typical scabby outfit. Unskilled workforce (wanna be sparky’s any guy who has obtained his ticket here should not be allowed to claim to be an electrician) , unorganized is an understatement, Pay is non existent, Managed by donkeys with no electrical experience whatsoever. Supervisors are a joke along with all their steady yes men.

Can't wait to move on...
Not getting paid well enough and not in best terms with management. Definitely not considering a career within it. Management is too tight money wise towards its employees, meanwhile the core of its employees are enjoying perks (such as travels from home to site, extra hours work, and so on...)

Great Core of Colleagues
While working with Sentry, I was able to meet a number of hard working and respectable individuals and also learn many new skills.
