Good co-workers but poor management.

The company has great marketing and well established policies but they are all aimed at the company's own benefit. The company works on some already established sites but does not seek the least amount of support for its employees at the sites; an example is providing an umbrella or disposable poncho for exposed positions they leave you in the rain the entire shift and still prohibit you from using protection that is not black matching the uniform and you have to buy it if you want. They offer a better hourly payment than most, but when you realize it's because all the jobs are in Downtown with parking spaces over $20 and expensive food inside the events. I like to bring my own food but they provide you in some places only 20min break that doesn't give you the possibility to eat your food just to buy something quick because usually there is no no place for break in some of the sites.

Going on my 2nd year with this company. Their is no other security company in Toronto like theme. Great team spirit amazing training. I would like to see training done more frequent.

This is truly amazing company to be part of with . Great employees great locations . I definitely recommend this company . Starting pay is above the rest. If you work hard this is the right company.

Great Environment

Security Guard (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 8 August 2023

I only worked here for a little bit due to where I was located, the sites are fun and exciting. Wearing a suit can get pretty hot but it makes you feel much more elite. Which I enjoyed.
