Poor management
Poor management. Too much delegating and personal interference. People who have worked there longer make their own rules and there is a lot of high-school type drama.

This was a clinical rotation
The staff were very supportive and provided me with many learning opportunities. The clients were great to work with and while brief, it was a rewarding experience.

Low wages for PNA
There is a lot sick calls everyday, which will turned out you will be mandated to stay and work double shift. They are always hiring because people tend to leave and find higher paying job in the city.
