Supportive & purposeful workplace
Good support from the management. An inclusive culture and the supervisors are listening to concerns/matters. A supportive appointment for students to aid some expenses managed; thus, it is minimum wage.Quiet learning envirinment. Teaching/tutoring expands learning with both the consolidation of existing & new knowledge.

If you are a manager, life is good. If you are not, life is not good.
Most people go too Selkirk to be trained for the job they really want elsewhere. There is no loyalty and if you are not in management then you are invisible to everyone but your peers.
