extremely toxic work environment. not worth the pay you receive. people at secure Judycreek will stab you in the back to get ahead. hardest part of the job is working with people that dont care about the work.
free truck to drive to and from work
extremely toxic work environment
Secure was a great company to work for until they changed the managers. After the change it was a nightmare Managment would lie about operators creating fake incidents and constantly spying on operators as they worked
Shift schedule, good wages & benefits
My review is job is good.. Management not so good. There is great things like fitness benifits, and not so good..1% matching.. If you dont question anything and do what your told you will do fine. If you ask questions and dig into other stuff you will be treated like a black sheep.
All you can eat hotdogs and coffee. Decent wage. Exercise fitness program
1% matching for RRSP. No vision benifits.
The wage was not great, but i was promised a decent raise after 3 months, and that never happened. After 5 mths. I started reminding him what he promised me, and he would just laugh or crack a joke.
I liked the work
Not enough pay.
Poorly managed. Lead Administrator is the only person in the office that cares about her job and others.
A bunch of decent guys to work on shift with at site. Wages could be alot better. Manager is a big talker but usually only says what you want to hear, he is not a good or fair manager, does not stand up for his employees. You can bend over backwards to be a team player and take on extra duties or hours and be a dedicated employee and that counts for nothing if there's trouble. Some employees are always waiting to throw you under the bus. Your good work record means nothing. Poor communication with higher management. The lead Administrator is the only person who knows anything! And does her best to help the operators out.
Working 4 on 4 off, good benefits
Long hours, poor management, lower than average wages
Not a team environment, not willing to learn or take advice. Treat vendors poorly. Every person for themselves. Power tripping management and "lead" operators. No valuable experience. The absolute worst place I have ever worked in terms of a team. All about making money, do whatever you gotta do to make the comoany money. Throw coworkers under the bus every chance you can. Safety program is over the top.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
3 categories : Wage / Benefits: Benefits are really reasonable with this company and they do very well in terms of what they have to offer an employee. There wage however is well below the industry standard and MUCH lower then what the competition pays. Management : One of the worst managed companies I have personally ever delt with , Very disorganized and unfair and management is hardly ever there to deal with issues at hand.Career advancement within the company is based upon favoritism and off of speculation. Culture : The company wants to portray a friendly, positive and safety orientated culture. In reality , the companies culture is back stabbing and setting employees up to fail . If you are not "buddy buddy" with the management staff then you will not have a good time and you will be slowly be pushed out the door and there friends will be hired .
Scheduled days on / off
Very poor mangement and lots of favoritism going on
Working at Secure has definitely been a pleasure. Our facility definitely has really good moral and I am actually excited to go into work. As an Operator, our job is not strenuous by any means, however when something goes wrong, it can definitely be stressful. Safety is and always will be the number one priority at Secure. You are never asked to rush anything. They have a, 'Take Your Time, Do it Safe, and Do it Right' mentality. The management with Secure is very good and they treat their employees very well. I really do like working for Secure, however their pay just isn't competitive enough. They don't offer much, if anything, for housing accommodations so most of the employees are local. If you are from out of town you are required to find your own living arrangements. They are trying to hire local and if you aren't local, they expect you to eventually reside in the area because they will not pay for your hotel or rental expenses. The problem with that is, their facilities are located in booming locations where housing is extremely expensive and they definitely do not pay well enough to afford to relocate. In comparison to where I am working, there are other companies/facilities starting their employees at around $30,000-$40,000 MORE than our starting salary.
