Stressful Environment, Large work load
Cashier/Cook (Former Employee) – Victoria, BC – 26 May 2016
There was no typical day. There were very busy days, such as holidays, where the work load was very large. For example 10 pizzas ready in an hour, just after opening. Or other days where the staff spent the whole day folding boxes and doing food prep for the next day. The management was terrible; The manager was constantly tardy, the boss almost never there. The co-workers came and went very quickly. The hardest part of the job was working alone on unexpected times. The most enjoyable part of the job were customers and tips.
