Our Vision is to Connect. Care. Change. This means that when we take time to genuinely connect with our residents, and show that we care, we can make a positive change in their lives. It takes a special person to continually want to go the extra mile for our residents. We recruit and hire skilled, qualified individuals who are enthusiastic about working with older adults and who demonstrate they really care about customer service. We have corporate mission, vision and values but so much of our culture is shaped by those who work in our retirement communities. We aim to foster a team-based culture so people are happy to come to work. We encourage work-life balance so people are refreshed when they begin their shift. We want to understand what is important to our team members as individuals so we can recognize their efforts in a way that is meaningful to them. We know happy staff = happy residents. It’s win-win!
