  • Our retirement communities serve our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shifts depend on the department you work for. We offer day, afternoon and evening shifts. We are willing to cross-train our team members so they can work different shifts to suit their lifestyle. Our master schedules are transparent and defined through the year; this allows team members to commit to our residents while maintaining valuable work-life balance. We have corporate mission, vision and values but so much of our culture is shaped by those who work in our retirement communities. We aim to foster a team-based culture so people are happy to come to work. We encourage work-life balance so people are refreshed when they begin their shift.
