Solid company with good leadership
Searcy was a good place to work. Lots of staff functions, safe workplace, lots of support. Department’s are pretty cohesive. Lots of great people working there!

Terrible ppl to work for
Nothing but lies to get you in the door, constantly trying to get you to work for nothing, try to make you do other peoples work, zero training, horrible lies. They tell you that here at searcy we are a family and then make you work the stat holiday family day/Louis Riel day because they are federally regulated and don’t have to give there employees the holiday because of a loop hole. Boot allowances is 5 $ on every check till it hits 100$. Instead of just letting you bring them a receipt and putting the money on your next check.

Dont waist you're time
Been hear since july 2021. The hiring process went well, though I real hit a good job but I was sure wrong it's taken a few months to see the big picture, pay for permits. Average of 700 to 2500 a month Its a pain to do. Especially manitoba permitting.. Bunch of complainer The fist month s pay was ok .2Nd month better 3 month not good. Spent the hole month making crappie money 💰 My advice stay away
