People are OK manager not so much
no talking just sit and work. manager is unapproachable and cold. Be aware there is little to know real training by an individual who is qualified to train. Where Other jobs allow at least 6 weeks training Seaboard expects you to be proficient within 2 weeks . If you are interested in being set up for failure then this is the job for you..

Excellent
Honestly. Ive been employed at seaboard for going on 7 months now. And ive been waiting for the other shoe to drop. People say that when something seems to be too good. It usually is... but i must say the support. Pay and equipment have all been excellent thus far. Busey place to work. But thats what you want, isnt it?

Poor Management GTA TERMINAL
I worked For seaboard Transport Management is worse.Dispatch Gave work to their lovely ones they don’t equal the work according to the employees.Seaboard is hiring lot of drivers but they don’t have enough work for all drivers.If drivers are waiting for some reason they are not paying any waiting.If drivers need to know about waiting than ED MARTIN Will reply that you are not working with seaboard...

not worth it
youll be on your own. the pay isn't worth it it barely pays the bills. no work/life balance like they say youll have. management only cares about themselves.
