What are the perks offered by

10 answers

  • For me the greatest perk is the quick raises. They increase my pay every few months.
I also love how flexible they are. That really helps since I am a university student. my semester changes every 4 months.

  • The biggest perk for me is being able to be a contractor. To be honest I didn't really know how to do that when I started. But after my first year I realized how easy it is and how much more I end up saving in taxes. Remember, you get to write stuff off. Suchh as the cleaning supplies, the background check, any car repairs or damages, your phone bill, some lunches etc. it's endless what you can do. I would recommend speaking to a tax professional to get the most out of it.

  • Scrubbi perks: they offer flexibility. You can adjust your schedule however you like whenever you would like. All they need is two weeks notice. Which is sweet.
They offer constant raises. I loved this about working there. I got raises every few months.

  • They have a lot of perks. Flexibility is a HUGE one. They worked with my crazy schedule for years. I was always changing it. Yet they still have me as much work as they could fill for me.
Since you are a contractor the benefit of that is writing off stuff. It comes off your taxes. So like the cleaning supplies, criminal record check, car repairs, gas etc. That's sweet.

You get support whenever you need. The support team is available to help. They have helped me so many times. I called them 5 times in a day once because I couldnt open a lock box. They did not get annoyed of me. They were friendly every time. And I liked that they didn't make me feel dumb (I forgot to press a button, which is why I wouldn't open). Instead, they just laughed with me and said it happens all the time.

You also get unlimited vacation time. Woot woot!

  • It's flexible. You give them the hours and days you'd like to work and they book appointments for you, though you don't always get booked.

  • Scrubbi doesn’t care about their employees, there for no perks

  • Flexible hours but that is about it. They need 2 weeks notice for any changes at all. If you get sick, they expect you to get a doctors note the same day or there are consequences.

  • Contractor work, flexible hours (pick your own days and hours)

  • You get to write off your expenses. You actually end up saving a lot more and pay less in taxes. Its better than being an employee.
They are also extremely flexible. They work around your busy life.

  • There are no perks for working with Scrubbi.
