  • Keep leading. You are doing a good job in making your staff feel recognized and appreciated. Whatever training has been given to the scrubbi staff is fantastic. they are helpful and friendly. I have some of the loveliest conversations with them. This one gentlemen I always speak with is a delight and very funny.
    The CEO has clearly made sure to let everyone know that the cleaning professionals are appreciated and rewarded for there hard work. Thank you!

  • My advice would be, keep up the amazing work. I've worked for other cleaning companies and scrubbi is by far the highest paying, flexible, honest and reliable company I have ever worked for.

  • Pay your employees. It's hard enough living in Vancouver. We're already buying our own supplies and gas to get from point A to B so it's such a slap in the face when you don't pay our wages when you're supposed to or at all.

  • Pay your employees every time and on time, try to be more involved in how your concierges handle things.

  • Pay your employees and dont rip people off.

  • Have some campassion for your workers who are trying to make a living in Vancouver while having to travel from the coner of Vancouver to the other side of Richmond with their own gas and supplies. No care for the employees AT ALL.
