  • Low pay. They have a tiered performance pay structure though.

  • I left just over a month after I started. Best decision I made. I was employed as a lease op for 57 days and my dispatcher only had me rolling for 29 of them.

  • No money. They don’t pay enough. After 14 months working my butt off. Scotlynn tells me I owe them 14,800 dollars because the truck don’t make enough money. Scotlynn only pays between 1.49 to 1.60 per mile. Guaranteed you 40 cents per mile but that is a lie. Check range from 1100. A month to 2000. After a year I only cleared 24000. Poverty

  • I left because of the people (specifically management) and a few of the employees I worked near who talked trash all day about everyone in the office.

  • Well as an owner operator there seems to be problems getting loads around Canada since I can't go across the border, and dispatch won't look for the loads to get u back so i can't wait for ever u want your money ever two weeks and I'm not making it sitting at home. I wont good driver's but they just don't care.

  • Job work/life balance is horrible
