Dissapointing.
What is the best part of working at the company?Salary/benefits are good and overall internal communication systems too. Terrible workplace.
Unfair pay. Unrealistic goals and number of taps to be regularly completed. No regard for employee satisfaction. They treat finance like there is only one right way to do things.

Work
A customer experience associate is not paid enough at $17.51/hr, working only 30hr/wk. Pay would be ok at best, if you are working 40h/wk. However, should be making more as we are the face of Scotiabank, the first contact a customer has with the bank. The duties and what the job entails do not match the salary or the annual bonus. Either more hours or better pay would solve this issue.
