In this fast-paced, agile environment where changes occur frequently, the bank definitely needs to provide better training to better focus on the customer. The integrity of the bank is negatively affected by numerous system issues and workarounds that occur on a daily basis, putting employees in stressful situations with customers. The annual objectives need to be more realistic and attainable, especially financial objectives.
