Selling cars used to be simple. We remember when the internet really started to throw a wrench in things – leads were flowing in cyber-space, un-found and unanswered, and we set out to change things.
We started in 1994 by creating a basic desking tool for dealers.
In 2006, as pioneers in the digital lead industry for automotive, we – more...developed a system to collect all internet leads and we applied business logic to help manufacturers manage them. Since auto retailers needed to ultimately manage this newfound lead source, we went on to create an effective and efficient lead management system, called “ResponseDRIVER,” to help them organize, manage and track their online leads.
Our insight and perspective from both sides of the industry helped evolve our technology and methodology to improve the customer experience. Most importantly, our work generated more sales and service customers. That’s why over 10% of all new car dealers in North America use our technology and services.
Even the fastest car can’t drive itself today. So we still keep things simple, and we teach what we’ve learned in a new digital training platform. With our experience, technology and auto industry expertise, we train salespeople from coast to coast how to close more deals than ever before.
