Bad team environment
Many different groups, plumbers vs electricians vs carpenters vs cabinet makers vs management vs grounds keepers and so on. I was in the plumbing group was discouraged at times from being too friendly with other groups. Very protectionist. Learned an incredible amount about building mechanical systems.
