Consistently being told our solutions to ongoing problems were unacceptable whilst not receiving the resources we needed from head office. Things are constantly in disrepair or not in working condition, but the stores must still operate as if they are. There is ZERO communication between the various Scholar's Choice departments.

Scholar's Choice will survive because it is a niche store that offers product often only available online. It will, however, continue to be a necessary evil as they harass their customers with multiple e-mails a week and at least one automated phone call a month (don't even get me started on the lack of security for customer data).

If you manage to get full time with benefits which is highly unlikely you get 10 paid vacation days and 2 paid sick days after a year of work.
