Searching for a new job almost immediately. (Former Employee) – US – 4 December 2018
Inept management. Every man for himself. European culture does not understand US market. Grossly inefficient. Software development problematic. US customers wait forever for fixes. Do you enjoy working at a company with no sense of humor and a Gestapo mentality? If Yes, you'll love this place.
Field Service Engineer (Former Employee) – Chessington – 7 August 2018
Typically I would receive calls via text or email by 9:30. Mostly I would do Preventive Maintenance Servicing, but occasionally I would help out with fault calls. Many of the ticket machines were outside, and were impossible to work on when the weather was bad. There was a lot of driving involved as some of the machines were cited in remote locations. The good thing though, is that I would be paid for travelling time to and from work. This is unusual in my experience.
Software QA Tester (Current Employee) – Lowell, MA – 24 October 2017
You're basically on your own if you don't understand something. You can ask, you can get assistance but you receive very little training. If they think they trained you, but nothing happened, you're still on your own. Although that is the negatives, you work with some great people who know what they are doing and have either been with the company many years, or are experienced from life experiences. You can get the chance to travel, meet new people and clients.
Service Administrator (Former Employee) – Chessington – 17 October 2017
My position involved transferring data from paper to digital format. Typically I would be entering data into Excel and formatting tables. The management was unfortunately unfriendly and I was positioned on my own in a room without contact for the entirety of the day.
