Great place to work
Pays to industry standard. I feel the industry standard is to low for the amount of commitment required to be a truck driver. At the time the trucks were new Kenworths with 550hp. Great tractors for the job.

Poorly run mismanaged
In interview you are told your wages would be "topped up" they are not. They claim zero spills because they don't report them. Safety is a joke. Management are micro managers at best. The safety bonus is integrated into your wage but they take for little to no reason. Dispatch is run by kids and none have actually driven neither has management yet they claim to know the job. Bad bad place to work.

Stressful, dispatch is hopeless. Peace rate pay. NOT hourly
Wouldn't recommend anyone work here unless you like to be babysat from dispatch. Exact routes must be followed or you loose "safety bonus", it's really just a performance bonus. Delays at terminals are common and bit adequately compensated for. Competition from other drivers for "better loads". Dispatch sometimes not available so you end up waiting for a call. This is a peace rate pay. Not hourly.

Dispatch no good, lied to repeatedly.
Lied to in interview about job description, and pay scale. Was told there was a night bonus, there is not. Safety bonus is tied into their "hourly rate" Load rate is based on ideal road conditions and taking the most direct route. This company has so many policies I would compare it to a prison.

Family run
A great family owned company where the owners are active and really great at hiring managment. My first career where they actually respect there employees and do a great job of showing it with incentives
