Hourly employees have a great camaraderie as well as most of the on location management. But the culture is not sustainable because it is overshadowed by poor upper management like the executive chef.

You can get blacklisted for raises here if they don't like you. I was paid more than someone else who was very competent at their job and had been working there for 3 years. You could be a favorite if you don't mind sucking up and being miserable.
